Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel offers a luxurious experience with superb room amenities, but the location is a bit secluded. The service was top-notch, and the dining options were excellent.
My deluxe room felt more like an apartment, complete with a separate living room, kitchenette, office space, and a toilette. The blackout drapes were very effective, ensuring a good night's rest. While there was some noise from nearby construction initially, the hotel staff promptly relocated me to a quieter room with stunning views of Tokyo Tower, Palace, Rainbow Bridge/Tokyo Bay, Odaiba, Haneda, and even Mt. Fuji.
I was thrilled to stay in a corner room with stunning views overlooking Akihabara to the north and the Imperial Gardens/Shinjuku to the West. The room was spacious and packed with all the amenities I could ask for; the amazing view of the Imperial Palace Gardens was a highlight. However, it was a bit disappointing that the room wasn't ready by 9 am, although from the moment I stepped into the high-ceilinged lobby until reaching the rooms, the experience was fantastic.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were stunning with beautiful blond chestnut flooring, an unbelievably massive bed, and a luxurious dark stone bathroom that was equipped with top-of-the-line $7,000 USD toilets - with heated seats and customizable bidet settings. The whole Japanese vibe was just magical. The spacious rooms also featured great deep tubs perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day.
I couldn't believe how amazing the rooms were! They were so spacious and beautifully decorated, with an onsen-style bath in each bathroom. The personalized turn-down service with a thoughtful gesture every night made me feel right at home. The integration of Japanese and Western styles was top-notch, and let's not forget the high-tech $7,000 USD toilets with all the bells and whistles. The only downside is that once you're in, you won't want to leave!
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were superb with luxurious amenities despite some noise issues initially that were quickly resolved. The service was attentive and helpful, although there was a slight delay in email responses. The location offered a perfect mix of privacy and convenience, with easy access to Tokyo station and shopping areas. The dining experience was a welcome change from Japanese cuisine, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel rooms are so great with incredible views that you won't want to leave, featuring spacious contemporary architecture and luxurious amenities like $7,000 USD toilets. The service is top-notch, offering personalized tours and unforgettable experiences. The location is convenient yet private, set in a beautiful business district with quiet nights. The dining experience is diverse and satisfying, including a wonderful Japanese breakfast. The facilities are superb, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Staying at this hotel was like having a piece of sophisticated Zen heaven in the heart of Tokyo. The rooms felt like a city apartment with all the modern amenities, including a dishwasher. The service was exceptional, being capable of arranging personalized experiences and tours throughout the city. The location, although central, offered a sense of privacy unusual for a business district. The dining experience was delightful, especially the Japanese breakfast.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were superb with blond chestnut flooring, a ridiculously massive bed, and a dark stone bathroom equipped with luxurious $7,000 USD toilets that had heated seats, customizable bidet action, dual flush, and automatic sensors. Being ready at 9 am was a plus, and the corner room offered stunning views over Akihabara to the north and the Imperial Gardens/Shinjuku to the west. Watching the sunrise and Mt. Fuji was a highlight of my stay.
Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. The rooms were bigger than most Tokyo apartments, with incredible views that made staying indoors a pleasure. The Japanese decor added a fun and unique touch, unlike the more sterile options at other luxury hotels. The location offered a sense of peacefulness and exclusivity, although not ideal for dining in Roppongi restaurants.
